The Board is holding a closed-door “Executive Session” to discuss the hiring, firing, or compensation of a public employee. This process prevents parents from having any oversight or input on who is being hired to teach their children or lead their schools.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: The Board is legally required to report any action taken after an executive session. Email Treasurer Katherine Henes at katherine.henes@nolmsted.org: ‘Please ensure the public minutes for the Sept. 2 meeting fully disclose any and all official actions or votes taken regarding the personnel matters discussed in the closed-door Executive Session.’
