The August 6th Education Committee report reveals the approval of a pilot program for “MTSS Management Programs” using vendors Branching Minds & Infinite Campus. MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) is often used to collect and track non-academic student data, creating behavioral and psychological profiles on children without full parental transparency.

DEMAND ANSWERS: This was approved by the committee last month. Email the School Board (contact info on district website): ‘Regarding the MTSS pilot with Branching Minds, what specific student data is being collected? How can parents review their child’s profile and opt-out of this data collection system? We demand this pilot be halted until these questions are answered publicly.’
