The Mesquite ISD Board will hold a workshop to determine its ‘Legislative Priorities.’ This is the first step in directing taxpayer-funded resources and lobbying groups to influence state lawmakers, often against taxpayer interests like property tax relief and educational freedom.

Attend to learn what the board wants to ask for in Austin and be prepared to speak against anti-taxpayer positions at the next regular meeting.
