The Board will hold a formal hearing and then vote on a parent’s grievance that has been escalated to the highest local level (Level III). This is a critical test of the district’s grievance process and will show whether the board genuinely listens to and respects parental rights. The outcome of this hearing will set a precedent for all families in the district.

ATTEND & SUPPORT: A fellow parent’s formal grievance will be heard (Item 4.a) and voted on (Item 6.a) by the Board. Attend the meeting to show solidarity and witness how the board handles this critical test of parental rights. The board’s decision will set a precedent for all families.
