Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the Policy Committee before the Sept 16 meeting (see official agenda for contact info). Ask: ‘Regarding Item 4.A.1, under what circumstances would the Title IX Coordinator file a Formal Complaint against a parent’s wishes? We demand that Policy 103 be amended to require parental consent before the district initiates a formal Title IX investigation involving a minor student.’
