DEFEND YOUR VOICE: This policy allows the board to silence dissent. During public comment for Item 5.01, state for the record: ‘I object to the policy that allows the Board to arbitrarily reduce speaking time to one minute. We demand a firm, predictable three-minute minimum for all speakers to ensure our First Amendment rights are respected.’
