Northside ISD has announced there will be no ‘Citizens to be Heard’ portion at its October 27th meeting because it is a ‘Called Meeting.’ This procedure prevents taxpayers from addressing the board on general concerns, limiting public input to only specific, pre-approved agenda items and reducing overall government transparency.
