ALERT (LEVEL 3)
Consultant-Led Strategic Planning Process Kicks Off
📅 October 29, 2026
Under Item 5.A, the district is beginning a five-year strategic planning process led by an external consultant, MoakCasey. This process will set the district’s priorities for years to come, and parents must ensure their voices for academic excellence are included from the very beginning.
Recommended Action Plan

MONITOR & ENGAGE: This is the start of a multi-year plan. Contact the Board (see the Official Agenda link for contact info) and ask: ‘How will you ensure that the strategic planning process under Item 5.A prioritizes input from parents who want a renewed focus on core academic achievement, not just stakeholder groups selected by the consultant?’
