The board is set to approve a $6,348.61 payment to Optimal Performance Associates, LLC for a ‘Customized Team Building/SEL’ program for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. This payment uses federal Title IV grant money, which often comes with ideological strings attached, to bring Social Emotional Learning into the classroom.
