Superintendent’s Goals Set in Secret Meeting
📅 October 28, 2026
The Board is holding a closed-door ‘Executive Session’ to set the Superintendent’s performance goals for the year. These goals dictate the entire district’s priorities, and this secret meeting prevents parents from having any input or oversight on the direction our schools will be taking.
Recommended Action Plan

Contact the Board of Education (see the Official Agenda link for contact information) and demand that the Superintendent’s Performance Goals be discussed and approved in a public session. ‘The public has a right to know what goals you are setting for the district’s leader. Do not set our district’s priorities in secret. Move the discussion of Item B.1 into the open.’
