The district is formally certifying to the Texas Education Agency that it has adopted multiple policies to ban Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) duties for all staff and contractors, as required by state law. This action codifies protections against ideological instruction and ensures vendors who push these concepts can be terminated.
