MONITOR (LEVEL 5)
Vague Report on State Funding Formula
📅 October 27, 2026
The Board will discuss and hear citizen input on a ‘TISA Report’ (Item 9.A), which details the state’s new education funding formula. The actual report was not made available for public review, preventing parents from understanding how this new funding model could change district programs or priorities before the meeting.
Recommended Action Plan

INVESTIGATE: The report for Item 9.A, ‘TISA Report 26.27 Highlights (7),’ is missing from the public preview. Go to the Official Agenda (linked above) and open this attachment. Contact the Board (see the Official Agenda link for contact info) and demand that the TISA report be made public immediately and that any discussion be postponed until parents have had adequate time to review it.
