The board is holding a public hearing to finalize the entire school budget for the 2026-2027 year. The agenda provides no link to the budget document itself, preventing parents from reviewing spending priorities for things like DEI staff, SEL programs, or controversial consultants before the hearing.

Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: The budget is where ideological programs get their funding. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand the full, line-item budget for the ‘2026-2027 Final School Budget Review’ be posted online immediately, well before the September 17th hearing. ‘Parents have a right to see exactly where our tax dollars are being spent before you vote to approve the budget.’
