The Anson ISD Board is scheduled to adopt the official property tax rates (M&O and I&S) and the complete budget for the 2026-2027 school year. This single meeting determines the size of every resident’s school tax bill and locks in all district spending for the next year.

SHOW UP & SPEAK UP: This is the most important fiscal vote of the year. Contact the Anson ISD administration to demand the ‘no-new-revenue rate’ and ‘voter-approval rate’ be clearly presented at the meeting before any vote is taken. Urge them to adopt the no-new-revenue rate.
