The school board will hold a public hearing and then immediately vote to adopt the budget and set the property tax rate for the upcoming year. This is the single most important vote determining the tax burden on homeowners and the district’s spending for the next 12 months.

PACK THE ROOM: This is the final vote on your property tax bill. Attend the Public Hearing at 6:00 PM and demand the board adopt the No-New-Revenue tax rate. Contact the Clifton ISD board and tell them: ‘Vote NO on any budget that increases the burden on taxpayers.’
