WATCH (LEVEL 5)
Undisclosed Legal Settlement with Vendor
📅 October 26, 2026
The board will vote on authorizing the superintendent to execute a settlement agreement with TimeClock Plus, LLC, after discussing it in a closed session. The agenda provides no details about the nature of the dispute or the cost of the settlement to taxpayers.
Response

DEMAND THE DETAILS: Before the vote on Item 11.A, the board should state for the record the total cost of the settlement with TimeClock Plus, LLC. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and ask: ‘What is the cost and reason for the settlement in Item 11.A? Taxpayers deserve to know before you vote.’

Vague Discussion of Curriculum and Class Rank Policies
📅 October 26, 2026
The board is holding a discussion on policies ‘EHAC’ (Required Instruction) and ‘EIC’ (Class Ranking) without providing the public with the proposed text or a summary of changes. This prevents parents and taxpayers from reviewing potentially significant academic policy shifts before the board discusses them.
Response

INVESTIGATE: The district should post the full text of policies EHAC and EIC being discussed in Item 13. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link): ‘Please post the documents for agenda item 13 so the public can review the proposed changes to curriculum and class rank policy.’
