Board to Vote on Higher-Than-Minimum Debt Tax Rate
The Board will vote on a total tax rate of $0.8945, which is below last year’s rate. However, the debt service (I&S) portion of this rate, $0.2817, is higher than the $0.2527 minimum required to make this year’s payments, a choice that requires a supermajority vote.
