While the district won’t pay legal fees upfront, this action diverts leadership focus and district resources away from core educational priorities to engage in national political litigation.

Ask them: ‘Regarding Items 5.A and 5.B, is joining a national lawsuit against social media companies the best use of the district’s time and focus right now? Please vote NO and prioritize core academics.’
