The Superintendent is asking the board to designate ten specific days in 2027 when the district will not have to respond to public information requests. This is a legal but unnecessary move that slows down the public’s ability to access government records and hold the district accountable.

Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and tell the Board of Trustees: ‘Regarding Item 6.A, please vote NO on designating nonbusiness days for the Public Information Act. The district should be committed to maximum transparency, not using legal loopholes to delay access to public records.’
